Data Sheet
The DV-1000 supports 9th and 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors, alongside Intel® Pentium® and Celeron® options. Powered by the Intel® H310 chipset, the system provides up to eight processing cores and supports up to 32 GB DDR4 2666 MHz memory through a single SO-DIMM socket, providing configurable processing performance for industrial edge computing applications.
The DV-1000 integrates two Gigabit Ethernet ports, six USB ports and two RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces for connectivity with industrial equipment and peripherals. DisplayPort and VGA outputs support two independent displays, while storage options include a 2.5-inch SATA drive bay, two mSATA sockets and an M.2 Key M interface supporting NVMe or SATA SSDs.
The system includes two full-size Mini-PCIe sockets, an M.2 Key E socket for Intel® CNVi wireless modules and a SIM socket. Cincoze CMI, CFM and MEC expansion options support additional display interfaces, serial connections, digital I/O, Ethernet, USB and optional power ignition sensing. This allows the available interfaces to be configured for different equipment integration requirements.
The DV-1000 combines an extruded aluminium and heavy-duty metal enclosure with a compact, fanless design measuring 224.1 × 162 × 64.2 mm. It supports wall, DIN rail and VESA mounting, alongside a 9–48 V DC power input. The system offers MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration performance and operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C with 35 W processors, or -40°C to +60°C with 65 W processors and an external fan kit.
