Operator Terminal Computers fit for Automation in the Production FloorThe Captec OTC-50 automation computer series of Operator Terminal Computer provides an embedded pc in an industrial computer grade enclosure for process automation in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and for HMI (Human Machine Automation) in machine automation for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Captec has used its long established expertise and know-how gained over 25 years in industrial computers to develop a new series of Operator Terminal Computers specifically for automating the demanding environments of the production floor.

These all in one panel pc variants provide reliable automation computers for deploying IT capabilities and machinery automation on the production floor where conventional computers cannot survive the rigours of the operating conditions.

The OTC-50 Series of automation computers is based on industrial embedded PC technologies that have been optimised for production environments in manufacturing for:

Beverage
Pharmaceutical
Manufacturing


The OTC-50 Series bring Process Automation information for applications such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and many others onto the production floor where it is needed by production personnel.

The OTC-50 Series facilitate flexible machine and process automation enabling it to be located anywhere on the production floor, optimised for the convenience and effectiveness of the machine or process operator.
